Shipping Policy

All Brackish Buffalo pieces are made to order to reduce waste and keep things intentional.

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Shipping time: Calculated at checkout based on your location
  • Tracking: Sent via email once your order ships

Please note: During launches, holidays, or high-volume drops, processing times may be slightly longer.

Brackish Buffalo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once your package has shipped.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse

We strongly encourage reviewing size charts before purchasing.

However — if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery 
  • Include your order number + photos

We’ll make it right (replacement or refund — case by case).


Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.

After that, production begins and we are unable to make changes.


Sizing Disclaimer

All items are listed with detailed sizing charts. Fit may vary slightly depending on the garment style.

We are not responsible for sizing issues if measurements were not reviewed prior to purchase.


Product Disclaimer

Each piece is created with a blend of fine-art influence and pattern-forward design.

Because of the production process, slight variations in color, scale, or placement may occur. These are not considered defects — they’re part of what makes each piece uniquely yours.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Brackish Buffalo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

If this happens, we recommend contacting your local carrier directly.
